Are there any monthly plans that offer faster than 3g data speeds. I have the $40/month for 5gig 3g data plan and I find it is slow sometimes.

Sorry, but no there isn't, not unless you can get your hands on an old plan that has full speed LTE from soneone who no longer needs it.

@dskillz99 I agree, the 3mb throttle has been more like 1-3mb and sometimes I don't have connection even though I have full bars...

I've learned if my phone isn't displaying LTE+ or it has full bars when on LTE, the connection isn't going to be solid.

you can always switch your preferred network type to 3g/wcdma. there is no throttle for HSPA(3g)
