    <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your account status.&amp;nbsp; Try rebooting your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switch the SIM into another phone to see if its the phone or a SIM problem.&amp;nbsp; If its the phone reset your network settings and restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If its the SIM try the lost/ stolen trick to reset your service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5&amp;nbsp; minutes, log in and take it off.       <description>&lt;P&gt;... Also try power down your phone, pull the SIM out for a minute or two before putting it back and powering back it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still failed, logon to the My Account and confirm the current SIM # showing there is same as the SIM you have&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/168463"&gt;@Michellestimson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your service still work?&amp;nbsp; Can you call/text, etc?&amp;nbsp; Did you just activate service or are you an existing customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes messages on the self-serve screen may occur during renewals which cause undue alarm.&amp;nbsp; These will go away within hours of the renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your service works, you're good to go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
