Reset Self Serve password

If you've forgotten your Self Serve password, remember that it must contain a minimum of 6 characters, including at least one digit. No spaces are allowed.

Forgotten Security Question

If you have forgotten your question the only way is to submit a ticket.

forgot security question.

Hit the chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and type: forgot security question

Yes, Certainly. There is a security question that you must set during the activation process with Public Mobile.

No, not on login, but it will be used on the Forgot my password link.

If you don't remember your password to login. You can click "Forgot password" that is where you would be asked to enter your security question.

If you like to change your security question and have access to your account.

Log in
Click "My Profile" at the top
Click "Change security question"

It does this time when I submitted email to reset password. I dont rmb setup security questions either
