The actual name on that account doesn't matter as long as the person who owns that account authorizes the phone number transfer.

Hi @Ronaldlynch

Do you still have that account with the old number?

Has it been less than 90 days since you don't have service?

In that case you can just log in and click on the link 'change sim' at the right side of your overview page.

If you can't access your account serve text message to moderators, click on private messages, then new message, send it to Moderator_Team.

If you don't have your old number for now than 30 days but was originally Publicmobile/Telus number maybe you can get it during activation, you can pick the same exchange, try to get the number with first 3 correct digits and then choose to enter last 4 digits manually.

Keep in mind that the number may not be available, i heard it takes about 30 days to reach the pool again. Call it and see that's available. You can also ask moderators for assistance.

If number is not getting Telus it would be back with the original provider
