Forums (you're posting on) uses your username and then self serve that uses your email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any error message that the system gives you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot get into my account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have entered my email and password and I can’t get into my account. I go to change my password and it won’t accept my email. It looks like I’m locked out of my own account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
