I wanted to change the exisiting 10&amp;nbsp;days $17 to 30&amp;nbsp;days $ 32&amp;nbsp;- unlimited canadawide talk, no text, no data - however,&amp;nbsp;I'm unable to do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already made the $32 payment via creditcard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10840"&gt;@DanDan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;unfortuantely, if your plan has already been suspended, you cannot activate it on a new plan yourself in self-service. &amp;nbsp;For that, you will need to contact one of our community moderators by private message. &amp;nbsp;Please ensure to include your phone number and the details of the plan you want to activate with. They will be able to assist you. &amp;nbsp;If you're not sure how to contact a mod via private message, please see the two links at the bottom of this response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
