PM won't return emails or service requests

Is there another way to get in touch with PM? I've filled out a support request and was told I could expect a response in 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago, so I'm sure they'll get on it any day now, but until then what can I do to speed that communication along?

I've tried emailing them, but no reply.

@kyle_h, I will tag a mod @Shazia_K. You can click on her name and send her a private message as well. The email process doesn't seem to actually work. I have heard of others having success using Twitter or facebook to contact them as well
