      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/&lt;/A&gt; is either down or having problem.&amp;nbsp; All I got that is blank page.&amp;nbsp; I tried different browsers/computers/cell phones and clean up cache/history, but none of these help.&amp;nbsp; Anyone experiences the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would try again later as this isn't an issue with your internet connnection or computer (although when then this happens, some peopple have some luck using incognitco mode). This isn't the first time that this page has come up as blank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
