      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have three accounts for my 3 kids, under three different email accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of the accounts stopped working, and I can't login. When I try to retrieve the password, I get an error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
