      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/166972"&gt;@hovsep&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Did you just activate?&amp;nbsp; If so and you are porting in your number just be patient as it can take anywhere from 1-4 hours for the porting process to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile try rebooting your phone over the next couple of hours.&amp;nbsp; You can also try powering off your phone, remove SIM, wait a few mins and reinsert SIM and restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can carry on using your old SIM until it stops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to PM&lt;/P&gt;</description>
