I entered my email for the BF promo and used the same address for activation, but never received the credit. Does the promo take time to appear? Has anyone else had this issue?

@BenderRodriguez the credit will appear in your account within 30 days of activation

The first credit will be automatically applied to eligible rate plans within 30 days of activating, credits 2-6 will be applied before each renewal date.

Hi!

it took almost a week for my credit to appear. I was advised to reach out to a moderator if it doesn’t appear within 30.
