      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Having a self-serve account does not necessarily mean that you are up-to-date with regard to paying for service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Log into your self-serve account, and see, on the first page, if service status is active or expired.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If expired, make the necessary payment, reboot your phone, and you will have service shortly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck!</description>

      <description>See if you can log into your account and see if it is active. Should be on the overview page. If the amount of money put in doesnt cover the total cost of the plan you will not be active and hence no service as PM is prepaid service so the money is due before you have service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers</description>
