My phone number is being spoofed!==

People are getting calls from my number, but I never called. They said "I" been calling them more than 10 times a day..... The scammers are using my number. Any way to solve that from the phone carrier's end?

Not really as they can spoof pretty much any number they want and unfortunately they are using your right now. I have had my own number call itself (well that is what showed on the call display)

There is nothing you can do. Hopefully it will stop soon. You can always change your number in self service every 30 days.

As others say there is nothing you can do about someone doing that.

It is done over VoIP and I spoof a number so I call using my land line but caller ID shows my PM number. That way, with unlimited inbound calls, any one that wants to call back....it will be to my PM number.

What you you can do is, as others say, change your number. I don’t recommend that as same can happen again.

So best solution, in my opinion, have the best contacts list of known friends and enemies.

Any call with no name....be suspect. And block if needed. Keep blocking and block some more! The number will only be spoofed for a short period of time.
