Have you checked their number to make sure it is correct? Have you tried putting a 1 in front?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;oh....that makes sense now after all these years now. I had a former colleague of mine where a bunch of us got laid off. I found a job opportunity for another colleague of mine that wasn't suited for me at all and he got a the position a day-after the lay off. This colleague of mine, i will call him 'Brian,' keep on calling and texting me if I can help him get a job. Well Brian and I have the same skill sets. It got so bad, I must have blocked him. Brian showed up at a pub event the following weeks from the 'day,' and he asked me what's wrong with my phone. Nothing I said. So, he called me, and I did nothing. Somebody else called me, and I picked up. Somehow, I totally forgot one can block numbers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;*Note: I just checked my phone now, it's still blocked. Hmmm, I should be safe to unblock it? Or maybe not!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
