It is taking at least 3 weeks to receive your sim card. Could still be a bit longer with the Christmas rush with Canada Post.

After 3 weeks if you have still not received it contact a moderator.

Best to just stop at a Walmart and pick one up. Don't forget to use a referral code for a $10 signup bonus!

It may take more than 3 weeks

If you can't wait you can get free one with in store activation at Walmart, give them a call and ask if they have the special. You can still use your friend's referral there

Hi @Tien it took 2 weeks for me to get my sim card. With Covid-19 and holiday season, you might be looking at another 7 days even more. You might as well just go to Walmart and buy your sim card there. Some stores will give free sim card if you activate with them.... or, order your sim card at Canadian Cell supplies. They have Public Mobile sim card on sale for $3.00 each, free delivery 3-10 business days, or if you live in the Toronto area, just pick up one. You can keep the other sim card as a spare or give it to future referral.

Anyway, if you had not submitted your email for the Black Friday Sale, it's too late. If you did, then you have until December 18, 2020 to activate and get $5.00 off for six months.
