Iphone hotspot doesn't work

Hi, I tried to set up the hotspot function on my iphone 6, when i clicked the hotspot section, it says if I wanted to set up the hotspot, I needed to contact public mobile. When I clicked the APN section, it only has three lines: APN, username and password, the APN line is sp.mb.com and the other two are blank.

I want to use mobile data on my computer, is there a way I can make this work? Thanks!

Does hotspot work if you use isp.mb.com instead?

Here is the APN Setting

Then settings => cellular => turn switch on => personal hotspot => tap => switch on Allow others to join => enter a password (unless you want every one in Starbucks use up your data)

Then the other device has to find your Hot Spot. Your Hot Spot name will be in Settings => general => about => then what ever is in the name field.

Yes, I tried this, but when I turned the mobile data on and tapped the personal hotspot, it asked me to contact public mobile if I want to use it.

Are you otherwise able to go to web pages on your phone without wifi and without hotspot? Maybe you're out of data.

I can browse internet on my phone using data, just cannot create hotspot ....

... and wifi off? Just in case you're actually connecting to a wifi.

Do you get that message on your phone or the connecting device?

Ok problem solved! I reset my Network settings and restored them to factory default and now it works! Thanks everyone

Everything went smooth..
