You need an active plan for an add-on to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your plan is active you can login then go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/?PageRedirect=RedirectToAddOnPage" target="_self"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/?PageRedirect=RedirectToAddOnPage&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to make the actual purchase since you already put the money on your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your account is not active you will first need to activate your account, click on reactivate button then put enough money for your plan and then restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
