Yes you can post and reply. You can do anything here when you have a community account. No need to have an actual PM account.

Making a community forums account does not mean you have to activate a sim card and have a self serve account. Two completely different things.

Feel free to ask all the questions you want 🙂

Yes. Anybody can create a community account. When anybody activates a SIM they would want to have the same email address in that account as here so as to be able to earn rewards on an account.

You already registered with this community forum.

You don't need an PM self-serve account before you can post any question and reply to any question if you know the answer.

It is a good way to ask questions and understand how PM works before activation a PM account.

Nothing wrong to manage your father's account.

Doing research before activation is the best approach.

PM does not have call centre. Support is provided by moderator using the support ticket system.

No, "guests" cannot make posts. When it comes to online message forums, a guest is someone who does not have an account for that message board website or someone who is not logged in. As a guest, all you can do is read, but you cannot create new content.
