For the Community account you can find it in the My settings under your avatar.

For the self-serve you'll need to contact the moderators.

Edit: keep in mind that both places will need the same email address if you wish to get any community reward.

Click the quote bubble lower right and muddle through the chatbot to get to submit ticket.

@Pencil_Pusher Click the chatbot bubble bottom right of your screen and follow prompts or send a private message to Moderator_Team by clicking on the envelope icon top right of your screen next to your avatar. Response time to hear back can take upto a day or although it's usually a couple of hours or less.

Just went through this with a friend. I had set up her account and used the wrong .com vs .ca at the end of her email. mod team is fantastic and fixed this quickly!

I contacted a moderator yesterday. They replied requesting details of my accuont,which I provided, and have yet to hear back from anyone. 😞

You can always reply back to the ticket requesting the status.
