Not receiving text messages

Hello,

I just got a cellphone number with public mobile 1 month ago. I realized that everytime someone send me a text message from an iPhone I don't receive it, but the former phone number owner does it. What should I do in this case?

I don't have an iPhone.

The person who used my phone number before me has the iPhone, and change his/her phone number.

It seems like this person stil has my phone number in his/her Apple ID account.

If your scroll down the link above there is a spot to enter your phone number. You have to do that..
