    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you still having this issue,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you phone is not locked, its just your sim card been blocked all what you need to do is contact public mobile team and ask for PUK they'll give it to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cant be as I have been using it in this phone since I bought it a week ago. I noticed it was only running android v6 when I got it home, I left it that way as it all worked, but yestarday it did the puk sim thing. So, I know the sim was ok. maybe got hacked..&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Non the less I had a new sim and activated that but have not put it in yet. I am just downloading what I need to flash the cell to andriod 11, so it appears I can do. I am a IT tek so should not be a problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;However I would like to keep the number on the old PM Sim and there still is almost a month left on it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;your phone is locked to carrier.&amp;nbsp; If the phone with that carrier, the line is no longer with them, they probably will not give you the unlock code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what brand is that?&amp;nbsp; If Samsung, I head they will give out unlock code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, the only way is to buy an unlock code online.&amp;nbsp; Ebay, Kijiji. or go to Pacific Mall (if you are in GTA) or those places.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
