      <description>&lt;P&gt;my account was deactivated September and will be gone in a few days. I have tried several times to reactivate it on to a lower price plan because i can't afford the $50/month plan and the system will not allow me to change the plan. can someone please help me on how to reactivate and change the plan without paying $50 again??? i REALLY DON'T want to lose my phone number!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it says AMOUNT DUE $40 which would sign me up again for the $50 plan which i can't afford to keep paying for ...... please can anyone tell me how to change this so i can reactivate my account on a lower price plan???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
