As it displays on top after hitting continue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried clearing cookies / internet cache and using Incognito mode? It is possible to inadvertently activate a SIM that is not yours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Did you enter 19 digits and no spaces?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Double and triple check your entry and have someone else check too&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just FYI, once a SIM is activated it cannot be activated again. If you cancelled your PM account it is not useable again. So either your browser needed a rest or the previous number entry had issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
