      <title>Help creating online account - I'm stuck</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to create an online account so I can update my billing information. Part of the set up is to receive a 6 digit access code by text, but the access code never arrives. Without that, I can set up an account. And without an account, I can't open a ticket to find out why I'm not getting the access code. So I'm stuck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions from anyone on how to get the access code, or get some customer support would be very much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not sure what number is used by PM for text.....but you may have it as a blocked number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And do you have the correct PM SIM in your phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
