Nokia 3310 not receiving texts with proper time stamp

Hi there, as the subject line says, when I receive texts on my nokia 3310 the time stamp on the texts is incorrect, and as I text back and respond my text messages are all mixed up in order with the person's who is sending texts to me. Let me know if you can help thanks.

reset your network settings
configure your date/time in your phone's system settings. read the instruction manual that came with your device

It could be wrong time provided by network or wrong time zone setting.

I've tried going to a manual time input. that hasn't improved it yet
