If there is a mesaage about.your credentials being incorrect, I would first try the password reset option.

Hi @Flomannett

Are you using the correct e-mail address (which is your USERNAME for self-serve) or is it the password you forgot?

If you're unsure of the e-mail address you registered for the account, check your various e-mail accounts for the welcome e-mail from public mobile.

If it's your password you forgot, follow direction from @computergeek541 and @Dunkman re the forgot password option.
