Public Mobile has said that this plan is available to existing customers, but to my knowledge, the plan isn't available from within the self serve account, and selecting the $35 plan doesn't appear to apply a $5 discount automatically.

Yes, I am in Quebec with a Quebec number and address. It would be nice to have some type of confirmation that I will actually receive that credit. Maybe I'll try chatting with Public Mobile tomorrow to confirm. Also, does that 5 dollar monthly credit ever come to an end?

Thanks!

Kevin

While Public Mobile did confirm that exisisting customers should be able to get this plan, there have been reports that getting the proper price may require assistance from a moderator. On a previious occasional when a similar plan was offered (but with a different amount of included data), the plan was listed as being $30 in the self serve account. The issue hear appears to be that the plan is coded as being $35.
