Expired Plan/Restart Service

If my plan expired at the end of January, and I would like to restart service. Will service begin at the time of payment, or will I have to pay for time between the end of January to the time of payment?

It will begin at the time of payment.

This is a pre paid service so you pay for you plan at the beginning. You can change it whenever you want either right away without getting any credits back or future date it to change on your renewal day.
