Using auto-pay, but want to purchase add-ons

As the title states, do I need to manually add funds to my account if I request add-ons or does it automatically get pulled from my credit card as required?

You pay for it as you buy it. After you select your add-on in your account, you then click the "Make a Payment" button, which will then go to a summary of the charges to be made to your credit card. When you click "Submit" then it will charge your card.
