      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your self serve account to see the status.&amp;nbsp; Try making your phone lost then wait 5 minutes and mark it found.&amp;nbsp; If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right corner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There's no saying it's lost or saying it's found.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
