It is on hold for about 50 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using incognito mode and clean your cache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also don't use apartment field in cc info&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't make space in postal code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you activated but sim doesn't work on your phone, try it in different phone. You can go to Telus or Koodo store and ask them for a loaner. Your phone may be locked or even incompatible&lt;/P&gt;</description>
