Now take the sim out of your phone. Do they match?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of phone do you have? Has it been purchased second hand?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also we are only customers like you. The ticket to moderators are the ones that work for Public mobile. Standard response time is 24/48 hours but usually quicker. That is how support is done here. PM has no call center.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know the results of what I asked you to check. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be able to go into your phone regardless of the status of calling. In your settings, find device, and search for factory reset. If your screen is somehow locked on the dialer, press and hold the power button, you should get the option to restart. Then go into settings and look for factory reset. As suggested, do a back up of your info first!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If required google "force restart (insert phone model here)"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My phone will back up to my Google account. There should be a setting to back up your phone with choices as to where.&amp;nbsp; What phone are you using? Can you go into any apps on the phone like banking or browser etc? You just need to go into your smart phone's settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
