      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/161156"&gt;@Stacey9&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;is correct.&amp;nbsp; You need to do network reset after changing provider before your data working again even your APN setting is correct.&amp;nbsp; If network reset does not fix it, you need to backup your data and do a factory reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Make sure to enable data for sending or receiving picture MMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Always restart you phone after reset to let the PM SIM card to configure your APN automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck and enjoy your saving with PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
