    <description>&lt;P&gt;It renewed yesterday so my data should have reset.&amp;nbsp; My main plan also renewed on the 17th with 12GB of data available on the base plan so I shouldn't be over.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been in the US for 22 days now.&amp;nbsp; I bought the talk/text/data add on for the 3rd time, and on this renewal the data does not work.&amp;nbsp; I have tried rebooting the phone multiple times.&amp;nbsp; I had no issues with data the first two times I bought the add-on.&amp;nbsp; Can I get some help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure to PM a mod and send them your PM phone number/account number. &amp;nbsp;There's nothing that any of us can do for you here unfortunately if you've tried all the standard tricks, a mod will have to look into your account. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
