I have the $40 4gb promo plan and i was wondering if i can use my data outside of Ontario but still in Canada, I no that i cant use minutes outside ontario. Thank you

Yes. In addition to the above, you can also use text and picture messaging as long as you are connected to the Telus network. As for voice calls with your plan, when you are outside of Ontario (since you have a phone number that is from Ontario and your plan includes only provincial calling), you will be unable to receive any phone calls.
