      <description>&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My plan expired and once it did I went to upgrade/renew my plan from 1 month to 3 month, with Canada wide calling, unlimited text 6gb data, however when I topped my account up I got billed 55.00 for the 1month now I am unable to upgrade to the 3 month because I now have a remaining balance of 80.00</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For future reference - if you want to change your plan you should do it before your current plan expires (make sure you future date it, don't do it today). &amp;nbsp;Once your plan expires you can't change your plan yourself, you can only re-activate your existing plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
