    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just found out today that my stepdad has been double billed for almost two years now and none of the amounts make any sense. I tried to go through the “ticket” system and it won’t let me go past the second question box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Anybody else have this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is he double billed there or is just his credit card statement?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Since PM is prepaid it’s unlikely that you’ll be overbilled for anything unless someone changes your plan without your authorization.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
