      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/160295"&gt;@Puppymom1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Koodo prepaid are sharing the same backend as PM.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, you cannot use the automated porting provided at the time of your PM activation.&amp;nbsp; You should get a temporary PM number first.&amp;nbsp; After activation, create a supprot ticket using &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;the Chat button&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; at the lower right hand corner of this page.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - use "&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;port request&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;".&amp;nbsp; SIMon will let your create a support ticket quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Keep your Koodo number active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Provide your son's account number, the name on his account and his phone number to be ported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
