    <description>&lt;P&gt;How far did you get in the process.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Is your phone unlocked?&amp;nbsp; Are you in Chrome or incognito to activate?&amp;nbsp; If your payment went through then I would turn your phone off and back on and see if that helps.&amp;nbsp; If not then wait an hour and try again as you may be locked out from too many tries.&amp;nbsp; It can be a bit frustrating to activate...but hang in there, and if nothing works I would contact a Moderator through the question bubble at the bottom of the page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/160278"&gt;@Ted212&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you were trying to activate your SIM, you may have timed out during the process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now that it has been a couple of hours try again (if you get this invalid SIM message) wait 50 minutes for the system to reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you try, clear your browser history and open a tab incognito mode (these tricks usually help things go smoother).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck and Welcome to PM!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
