How do I reach a Moderator? The easiest/best way. It seems I have to go through searching this site a while before I find out how to get in touch with a moderator.

...use the "Alternatively" method suggested in that link. Simple Simon can be obtuse.

OK...a bit more info might help. Were you over-charged or not charged enough ? 😗

Remember that you're still obligated to pay taxes, dependent on which province you live in.

Are you registered for Autopay and it failed this renewal ?
