      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you a new customer or have you been one for awhile and it has been working no problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could be a service outage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you logged into your account to see the status? Does it say active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a second hand phone? Possibly a purchase from Kijiji?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also while In your account click "change sim card" green arrow on pic below. Check if the last 4 digits Match the last 4 in your phone's sim card.
