      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log into your account. Is the extra funds in your available balance? Doing that makes you lose the current plan. They won't refund the first plan but might the second change that was a mistake. Open ticket by clicking the question mark at the bottom of screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
