      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have th same problem of account set to auto-renew with my credit card on file but it did not renew and now says account suspended. I did a search on community to see who else had this problem. &amp;nbsp;I sent a private message to one mod (not sure if there's a specific person I should send to??). &amp;nbsp;I am assuming this problem, I cannot solve on my own and needs a mod??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;Problem solved. Turned out my credit card company is super diligent about potential credit card fraud so blocked the transaction. Had to speak to my credit card company when I had access to a landline then ask public mobile to process transaction again on my card.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for responding though.. much appreciated!!
