Public Mobile is a prepaid service.

Remove auto-pay (if configured), then stop paying your service.

@Gurpreet123, with Prepaid there is nothing to cancel so simply stop paying & or you can flush your Sim card down the toilet that will also cancel your Prepaid service.

Hello,

Stop paying for service. If your credit or debit card is registered for auto-pay, remove it. After 90 days of nonpayment from the due date, your account and phone number will be deleted from the system.

Your credit rating will not be affected.

Any money in your account will be permanently forfeited to Public Mobile.
