      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like you'll need the mods to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should send them a private message including the SIM card number (and if porting, the phone number you tried to port) .       <description>I would also send a screen shot of your credit card payment if available. Might make the payment easier to track</description>
