    <description>&lt;P&gt;and I am dum enought not see the "I&lt;SPAN&gt;t's best to change your plan on your renewal date otherwise your cycle will be restarted and you will be charged in full for the new price plan. Your previous balance will not be carried forward.".... while i though I only chagned it on the same day of the cycle.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for voice and data plan, after went though everything and made the payment, I realized that voice + text &amp;nbsp;+ data plan is the same, so i changed the plan via self -service. Now, my service status showed Plan Expired. What to do??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
