    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/153331"&gt;@yasvip1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your phone showing Public mobile signal/SIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try network reset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, check your self service account. &amp;nbsp;Make sure that the SIM card &amp;nbsp;number matches (last 4 digits). &amp;nbsp;There have been several SIM hijacking incidents recently. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/153331"&gt;@yasvip1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After completed the above suggestions and your phone is still not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; You account may not be provisioned correctly.&amp;nbsp; Adding $1 to your account may trigger PM service to provision your account again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Try your PM SIM on another known working phone to eliminate hardward issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Which phone are you using?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
