      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/152940"&gt;@joost&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;go to Settings -&amp;gt; General -&amp;gt; About to check for a carrier settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;update&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;remove your sim turn off your phone, clean the metal tabs if dirty. turn the phone on and reinstall the sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last option is to factory reset the phone. the software update may have corrupted the system. back up all your files if you decide to take this route&lt;/P&gt;</description>
