Refer a friend to get $20 credit

I got a text a few days ago about referring a friend to get a dollar off a month and a credit of $20 and $10 for the person I refer. When will I see that credit for myself

Hello @justphoneguy79 ,

The $1 off will show in your Rewards section in your self serve account here (immediately to within 72 hours of receiving your text).

Click on the down arrow to view the person's last 4 digits of their phone number.

The $20 ...not familiar with this, was it a special offered in your area (that is great! :). It should be showing in your account within 72 hours (unless there was something specified otherwise in the offer).

Text says "bonus will appear by September 24th" if you referred someone after you received the text.

So if you haven't received it by September 25th then contact moderator's. Have a good evening!

Yes, the $20 credit is a special offer. It was offered to some targetted customers who had very a very low amount of referrals. Eligible customers were contact by text message.

@hinamirzadepends if you were eligible or not. Did you get a text from them begining of September with the offer? If you did. It runs till Sept 23rd so sometime after that date.

If you did not receive a text from Public Mobile you are not eligible.

On your next billing cycle. You should see the credit once you log in and you will get $1 every billing cycle they stay a customer.

Yes I did receive one message about this promo from public and it does say 23 or before if some one get refers by me then yeah 20 for me plus one filler each month and the new customer get 10
