Then, restart your phone and when trying to call someone, add +1 in front of the area code of the number you are calling. If its the phone try a network reset and restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If its the sim and you tried the other suggestions above. Log into your self service account and&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;choose the change sim option and compare the last 4 digits to the sim card in your phone. The Sims should match.
